Home Waterproofing and Drainage Solutions was built around solving the real water problems homeowners face in Florida. Our owner, Andriy Garanin, brings over 20 years of remodeling experience and more than 8 years of working directly in drainage and waterproofing systems. That background allows us to understand not only how water behaves outside the home, but how it affects flooring, subfloors, walls, and interior living spaces once it gets inside.

Living and working in Florida means dealing with heavy rain, hurricane season, and properties that flood repeatedly. Many of the homeowners we work with experience flooded backyards, water pooling around pools, or moisture entering their homes after storms. When water collects near the foundation, it can enter through cracks and cause laminate or wood floors to lift, moisture to build beneath tile, or carpets to become wet and moldy. Our work focuses on stopping those issues before they reach the interior.
