Foundation wall is excavated to the footing level, exposing the full surface that needs protection.
Surface Prep
Wall is cleaned of soil and debris. Cracks are addressed before membrane application begins.
Membrane Application
Rubberized waterproofing membrane applied to the full exposed wall height. Covers every surface the soil touches.
Drainage & Backfill
Gravel drainage bed and perforated pipe installed at the footing. Area backfilled. Sod restored.

Foundation Waterproofing System Components
- Rubberized membrane — Flexible polymer material that bonds to the foundation surface and resists water penetration

- Gravel drainage bed — Clean crushed stone at the footing that allows water to flow freely to the drain pipe
- Perforated pipe — Collects water from the gravel bed and routes it to a safe discharge point or sump basin
- Filter fabric — Wrapped around gravel to prevent soil infiltration that would clog the system over time
